"Donn Gutierrez helped my wife and I find our first home. The journey was intense and full of ups and downs, with a housing market that seemed fierce and willing to eat us alive. Everybody was overbidding on houses, removing contingencies, and whatnot. However, even though I was rather conservative when it came to placing offers, Donn never pressured me to go higher than what I was comfortable with. He was responsive to all my concerns, and his turnaround time to reply to emails was within hours, if not within one hour, even on weekends and nights, which is definitely helpful for anxious prospective homebuyers. Now we are finally living in our very own home in Hercules thanks to all of the hard work by Donn Gutierrez."

"Donn was extremely helpful when we were buying our first home. He was patient with us and very responsive when we emailed him at all hours asking questions about the houses we bid on. Because of his quick responsiveness, we were able to get a bid in on a house before others buyers started to swarm and we ended up buying a house we love at a great price. He also advocated for us when we hit tough patches in the negotiation process. Overall, he really cares about his clients and does what he can to support them in their decisions...and buying a house is a huge decision! He's a good guy to have on your side in the process."

"2017:We wrote our first review for Donn in 2014 when we bought our condo. We were fortunate enough to work with Donn again in 2017 when we purchased a Single Family Home in Oakland. Donn helped us navigate what ended up become a complex process when the house did not meet appraisal, and we ended up extending escrow by only 4 days. Donn is the best agent to have on your side, especially when going through the extremely stressful process of buying a home, and he always puts his clients needs first. --2014:Donn was a pleasure to work with. He immediately understood our "shopping personas" and never put any pressure on us or was overly pushy like an agent we had worked with in the past. He was always available (usually at last minute by our request) to show us properties or even attend open houses on our behalf. We submitted 3 offers with Donn, and he was always quick with turning around our docs and using DocuSign so we could just sign everything electronically.For our first two offers, Donn gave us very good advice on the market dynamics, and our offers were extremely competitive. In our final offer, which was accepted, Donn was able to work closely with the seller's agent to ensure that we could provide them with flexibility on close and move out terms that helped us push the offer over the line.Donn was a great partner and advocate during this whole process, and I look forward to working with him again one day!"
